Payroll Distribution. 1. Payroll is distributed on a bi-weekly basis, with the distribution of paychecks occurring every other Thursday. Under the bi-weekly distribution, the pay period shall occur every two weeks, commencing the first (1st) Sunday and concluding on the second (2nd) Saturday of the pay period, with payroll distribution occurring the second (2nd) Thursday following the close of the pay period.
