Peaceable Enjoyment. While and so long as the Lessee conforms to the terms and conditions of this Lease, the Lessor must provide the Lessee with peaceable enjoyment of the Leased Premises and Common Facilities for the term of this Lease, without interruption or disturbance on the part of the Lessor or its representatives.
Peaceable Enjoyment. The Landlord covenants with the Tenant for peaceable enjoyment, as long as the Tenant is not in default hereunder, and except as otherwise provided herein.
Peaceable Enjoyment. VII. The Lessor hereby covenants with the Lessee that the Lessor paying the rents herein before reserved and performing and observing the covenants and : conditions and agreements on the part of the Lessee herein before contained shall and may peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the premises for the term hereby granted without interruption from or by the Lessor or any person lawfully claiming through or under them.
Peaceable Enjoyment. 19.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Lease and to all mortgages and ground leases of record to which this Lease may be or may become subordinate, Tenant, upon t mely payment of all Minimum Rent, Adjusted Minimum Rent, additional rent, and other monies due and payable by Tenant hereunder and upon Tenant's observing, keeping and performing all of the other terms arid provisions of this Lease, shall lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy and enjoy the Demised Premises during the term hereof.
Peaceable Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that if and so long as Lessee shall faithfully perform the covenants and agreements of this Lease, Lessee shall and may (subject to the exceptions, reservations, terms and conditions of this Lease) peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term free of any interference by Lessor or anyone claiming through or by Lessor except those to which this Lease is expressly made subject and subordinate.
Peaceable Enjoyment. Xxxxxx hereby agrees that the Lessee, on paying the required rents, taxes, assessments and charges and performing the agreements provided for in this Lease, shall and may quietly and peaceably hold and enjoy the leased premises.
Peaceable Enjoyment. The Authority covenants that the City, upon observing and performing the terms, conditions and covenants on the City’s part to be observed and performed, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises during the term of the Lease, free from molestation, hindrance, eviction or disturbance by the Authority or by any other person or persons lawfully claiming the same by, through or under the Authority, and subject also to Permitted Encumbrances. This covenant is given in lieu of any implied covenant of quiet enjoyment.
Peaceable Enjoyment. And the Lessor hereby covenants and agrees that if the Lessee shall perform all the covenants and agreements herein stipulated to be performed on Lessee's part, the Lessee shall at all times during said term have the peaceable and quiet enjoyment and possession of said premises without any manner of let or hindrance from Lessor or any person or persons lawfully claiming said premises.
Peaceable Enjoyment. So long as the Tenant pays the Minimum Rent, Additional Rent and other sums herein provided, and observes and performs all of the terms, obligations and conditions on the Tenant's part to be observed and performed under this Lease, the Tenant shall have peaceable enjoyment of the Leased Premises during the Term, without hindrance or interruption by the Landlord or any other person lawfully claiming by, through or under the Landlord, subject, nevertheless, to the terms, obligations and conditions of this Lease.
Peaceable Enjoyment. The City agrees that upon payment of the rent herein provided for, and upon observance and performance by Zantop of the covenants herein contained and on the part of Zantop to be observed and performed. Zantop shall peaceably hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for the term of this Lease, without hindrance or interruption by the City or any person or persons lawfully or equitably claiming by, through or under the City.
