Peaceable Enjoyment. While and so long as the Lessee conforms to the terms and conditions of this Lease, the Lessor must provide the Lessee with peaceable enjoyment of the Leased Premises and Common Facilities for the term of this Lease, without interruption or disturbance on the part of the Lessor or its representatives.
