Peer Intervention Process a. Peer intervention based upon Student Evaluation of Teacher forms shall be considered only after a Peer Mentor Committee has noted performance concerns for two consecutive semesters. b. Intervention strategies to improve teacher performance shall be developed by the Peer Mentor Committee, with the participation of the teacher, and shall include observations of performance by the Peer Mentor Committee. c. The Peer Mentor Committee shall develop methods of evaluating the success of intervention strategies. d. Should a teacher contend that the intervention of the Peer Mentor Committee is unwarranted or that its proposed strategies for improved performance are inappropriate, the teacher may appeal such matters to the teacher’s Department/Division. e. Should a teacher refuse to participate in the Peer Mentor Committee’s Intervention Program following an unsuccessful appeal to the teacher’s Department/Division, the teacher’s name shall be forwarded to the College Administration, with a recommendation that the Administration observe and evaluate the teacher’s performance. f. Should the Peer Mentor Committee determine the teacher’s performance remains unsatisfactory following the teacher’s participation in the Intervention Program, the teacher’s name shall be forwarded to the College Administration, with a recommendation that the Administration observe and evaluate the teacher’s performance. The Peer Mentor Committee’s determination of unsatisfactory performance may be appealed to the teacher’s Department/Division. g. A member of a Peer Mentor Committee shall not participate in the review of that member’s own evaluation forms once the identity of the teacher is made known to the Committee. A teacher shall not serve on a Peer Mentor Committee while the subject of Peer Mentor intervention.

  • Regulatory Intervention In the event that there is any change to any applicable statutes, enactments, acts of legislatures or parliament, laws, ordinances, orders, rules, by-laws or regulations of any government or statutory authority in India including but not limited to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and The Telecom Regulatory Authority or any final un-appealable order of any competent court or tribunal, etc, which would have a material adverse effect on either of the Parties, then the affected Party may request that the Parties consult as soon as reasonably practicable with a view to negotiating in good faith an amendment to this Agreement including but not limited to the Subscription Fee payable hereunder. Such amendment shall take effect from the date of such change. In the event the Parties are unable to agree on an amendment within thirty (30) days of the date of the request by the affected Party, then either Party may approach TDSAT for appropriate resolution of the dispute.

  • Intervention If the Commission finds deficiencies in the School's performance or legal compliance, the Commission and the School shall follow the Intervention Protocol attached as Exhibit D. Intervention may be initiated when the Commission finds that the School has failed to: (a) Comply with applicable laws, rules, policies, or procedures; (b) Comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract; or (c) Meet performance expectations as set forth in the Performance Frameworks. Failure to invoke the Intervention Protocol shall not be (i) construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any requirement under applicable laws, rules, policies, procedures, contractual terms and conditions, or performance expectations; or (ii) deemed a necessary precedent to non-renewal or revocation.

  • Evaluation Process ‌ A. The immediate supervisor will meet with an employee at the start of their review period to discuss performance expectations. The employee will receive copies of their performance expectations as well as notification of any modifications made during the review period. Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary, trial service and transition review periods and at least annually thereafter. Notification will be given to a probationary or trial service employee whose work performance is determined to be unsatisfactory. B. The supervisor will discuss the evaluation with the employee. The employee will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the evaluation. The discussion may include such topics as: 1. Reviewing the employee’s performance; 2. Identifying ways the employee may improve their performance; 3. Updating the employee’s position description, if necessary; 4. Identifying performance goals and expectations for the next appraisal period; and 5. Identifying employee training and development needs. C. The performance evaluation process will include, but not be limited to, a written performance evaluation on forms used by the Employer, the employee’s signature acknowledging receipt of the forms, and any comments by the employee. A copy of the performance evaluation will be provided to the employee at the time of the review. A copy of the final performance evaluation, including any employee or reviewer comments, will be provided to the employee. The original performance evaluation forms, including the employee’s comments, will be maintained in the employee’s personnel file. D. If an employee disagrees with their performance evaluation, the employee has the right to attach a rebuttal. E. The performance evaluation process is subject to the grievance procedure in Article 30. The specific content of a performance evaluation is not subject to the grievance procedure. F. Performance evaluations will not be used to initiate personnel actions such as transfer, promotion, or discipline.

  • TRANSACTION PROCESS The RFQ for this Lot will contain a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW). The RFQ will include, but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy.   • Sick Leave Verification Process a. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee receives confirmation of employment in the school district. b. An employee must initiate the sick leave verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of commencing employment with the new school district. c. The previous school district(s) shall make every reasonable effort to retrieve and verify the sick leave credits which the employee seeks to port.

  • Selection Process The Mortgage Loans were selected from among the outstanding one- to four-family mortgage loans in the Seller's portfolio at the related Closing Date as to which the representations and warranties set forth in Subsection 9.02 could be made and such selection was not made in a manner so as to affect adversely the interests of the Purchaser;

  • Escalation Process If Customer believes in good faith that Customer has not received quality or timely assistance in response to a support request or that Customer urgently need to communicate important support related business issues to Service Provider’s management, Customer may escalate the support request by contacting Service Provider and requesting that the support request be escalated to work with Customer to develop an action plan.

  • Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.
