Pension Credit Rights. Pension credit rights must come into payment in accordance with rule 6.4 unless: • the scheme is an occupational pension scheme, in which case benefits cannot be drawn by the member till the member’s 65th birthday; or • an ex-spouse with pension credit rights becomes a member of the scheme after the member’s 75th birthday, in which case benefits must be drawn immediately.

Pension Credit Rights. Where a member is in receipt of income withdrawals from an arrangement and a pension sharing order is subsequently made against the member, the scheme administrator must prepare and sign a certificate in respect of any pension credit arising from the arrangement in question showing the benefit entitlements that can be paid.
Pension Credit Rights. In the event of pension credit rights arising, these must be implemented by a transfer to a registered pension scheme or other entity approved by HMRC or, where the scheme administrator permits, to a new arrangement for the ex-spouse within the scheme.

  • Retirement and Pension Account A retirement or pension account maintained in Singapore that satisfies the following requirements under the laws of Singapore.

However, an employee off work on WCB claim shall receive net wages as defined by (A) above, and benefits equalling but not to exceed their normal entitlement had they not suffered a compensable injury.   • Free Credit Balances Your selection of a sweep program above will not be effected until your Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order. Until such time, available cash balances (from securities transactions, dividend and interest payments, deposits and other activities) will not be automatically swept and will be held as a free credit balance. A free credit balance is a liability of LPL and payable to the Account on demand. Interest will not be paid to the Account on free credit balances. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, it is our understanding that any free credit balances held in your Account are pending investment. Free credit balances may be used by LPL in the ordinary course of its business subject to the requirements of Rule 15c3-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The use of customer free credit balances generally generates revenue for LPL in the forms of interest and income, which LPL retains as additional compensation for its services to its clients. Under these arrangements, LPL will generally earn interest or a return based on short-term market interest rated prevailing at the time. If you are acting on behalf of a Plan, the Responsible Plan Fiduciary agrees that it has independently determined that holding cash balances, pending LPL’s acceptance of the Account, as a free credit balance, which does not earn income for the Plan, is both (i) reasonable and in the best interests of the Plan and (ii) that the Plan receives no less, nor pays no more, than adequate consideration with respect to this arrangement. If the Responsible Plan Fiduciary chooses to avoid holding un-invested cash as a free credit balances, the Plan should not fund the Account until after the Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order.

  • Maximum Leave Entitlement Leaves taken under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 20.11 shall not exceed a total of 70 hours per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

  • Deposit Account (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer shall cause the Servicer to establish and maintain, in the name of the Indenture Trustee, for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, the Deposit Account as provided in Section 5.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
