Benefit Entitlements. For the purposes of employee benefits (except sick leave as defined in Section 9.4.1), contributions to the benefit plans, salary increases and seniority, employees on assisted leave are regarded as full time employees of the College.

Benefit Entitlements. Temporary employees who have acquired 1040 hours worked and who work a minimum of seventeen and one-half (17 1/2) hours per week in categories which have a normal thirty-five (35) hours per week schedule or twenty (20) hours per week for categories which have a normal forty (40) hours per week schedule averaged bi-weekly shall, upon request by the employee, be entitled to receive benefits. The employee shall reimburse the Board the monthly premiums if the employee has not worked the minimum seventeen and one-half (17 1/2) or twenty (20) hours, as applicable in the weeks of that month.
Benefit Entitlements. The Executive and his beneficiaries shall be entitled to the benefits when payable hereunder without delay or recourse, except as set forth in Section 3 and Section 8 of this Agreement.
Benefit Entitlements. Employees working less than full time hours shall receive wages and benefits specified in this Agreement on a pro-rata basis according to their hours of work.

Basic Full-Pay Benefit Length of Service Gross Entitlement 6 months - 5 years 160 hours (4 weeks) 5 years - 10 years 240 hours (6 weeks) 10 years and over 320 hours (8 weeks) Amounts of this benefit entitlement used during S&A leave may be re-established after return to active employment at the rate of 1/12 of the applicable gross entitlement for each calendar month worked, as defined, during which no S&A benefits were paid.
B. Supplemental Full-Pay Benefit Additional full pay S&A benefits may be accrued for use should the basic benefit become exhausted. The supplemental entitlement, computed at the end of each calendar year, provides five additional days (40 hours) of full pay benefits reduced by the first forty (40) hours of S&A benefits paid during the year. Employees who have worked, as defined, less than twelve (12) of the months of the year will receive a pro-rata reduction in the forty (40) hours of entitlement before S&A paid benefits are deducted. The Supplemental Benefit entitlements will accumulate from year to year and will only be reduced by payment of benefits following exhaustion of the Basic Full-Pay Benefit. Upon becoming eligible for this benefit, employees will receive credit for the record established during their three (3) preceding calendar years of service with the Company.
C. Half-Pay Entitlement In addition to full pay as provided above, each employee will be entitled to 174 hours (one month) of half-pay for each full year of continuous service with the Company. This benefit will be paid to employees on S&A leave after exhaustion of all full-pay benefits. Half-pay entitlements received may be re-established after return to active employment at the rate of 1/12 of the unreduced accumulated entitlement for each calendar month worked, as defined, during which no S&A benefits were paid.
Benefit Entitlements. Part-time employees hired after August 1, 2008 2018 shall receive holidays, personal days, and option and sick days provided by this Agreement no earlier than after one (1) year 6 months of active employment.
Benefit Entitlements. The Employer agrees to enroll employees who work eighteen (18) hours or more per week in the Group Benefit Plan for the purpose of providing life insurance, short and long-term disability benefits as may be included in the Plan.
Benefit Entitlements. Vacation, floating holidays and lieu time must be utilized prior to using sick pay gratuity as leave.
