PER DIEM NURSE PREMIUM. Per Diem I nurses shall receive a seventeen percent (17%) premium above their base rate of pay in lieu of benefits. Per Xxxx XX nurses shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) premium above their base rate of pay in lieu of benefits. Per diem nurses shall further be eligible to receive shift differential and other premium pay, where appropriate.
