PERFORMANCE and EQUIPMENT WARRANTY BONDS. 条款6. 施工和设备保证金 Performance Bond施工保证金 Prior to BUYER’s release to SELLER of the Second Advance Payment, SELLER shall provide BUYER with a performance bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee (the “Performance Bond”) valid for ______ months, through a bank acceptable to BUYER, in an amount equivalent to TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the Contract Price. The Bank Guarantee shall be authenticated and confirmed by a local advising bank nominated by BUYER.   • Equipment Warranty Sunrun warrants all equipment for the duration of the Initial Term. If parts fail during the term of this Agreement, Sunrun will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace them with like equipment; however, you acknowledge that due to parts availability and other factors, this may not be possible. Sunrun agrees that any change in equipment will not reduce the Guaranteed Output set forth in Section D.

  • Basic Equipment Warranty The Contractor warrants that all equipment rented or supplied under this Agreement shall be in good working order and shall conform to the needs specified by the Judicial Council. The Contractor shall immediately replace any inoperative equipment with operative equipment, or make all adjustments, repairs, and parts replacements required to maintain the equipment rented or supplied hereunder in working condition.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface any part of the exhibit building, the booths, or booth contents or show equipment and décor. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. 14.

  • Monitoring Equipment 2.2.1 24-hour TSP air quality monitoring was performed using High Volume Sampler (HVS) located at each designated monitoring station. The HVS meets all the requirements of the Project Specific EM&A Manual. Portable direct reading dust meters were used to carry out the 1-hour TSP monitoring.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.
