PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND OUTCOME MEASURES. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and County policies and procedures relating to performance standards and outcome measures. This is applicable whenever specific Federal or State funding, which has policies or procedures for performance standards and/or outcome measures has been included as part of the Contractor’s contract and shall apply for all County policies, procedures, or departmental bulletins approved by the Director or his designee for performance standards and/or outcome measures. County will notify Contractor whenever County policies or procedures are to apply to this contract provision at least, where feasible, 30 calendar days prior to implementation. These Federal, State or County performance standards and/or outcome measures will be used as part of the determination of the effectiveness of the services delivered by the Contractor
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND OUTCOME MEASURES. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, State, and County policies and procedures relating to performance standards and outcome measures, including but not limited to those performance standards and outcome measures required by specific federal, State, and/or County rules, directive, and guidelines for entities receiving their funding. Examples of such performance standards and/or outcome measures include, but are not limited to, those identified in Attachment IX and those reflected in County and/or program Service Exhibits and practice parameters; as well as performance standards and/or outcomes measures related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Cal MediConnect Program. Performance standards and/or outcome measures will be used as part of the determination of the effectiveness of the services delivered by Contractor. Substandard performance or outcomes by Contractor may be grounds for contract review and a corrective action plan (CAP).

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND OUTCOME MEASURES. The Contractor 15 shall comply with all applicable federal, State, and County policies and procedures 16 relating to performance standards and outcome measures, including but not limited to 17 those performance standards and outcome measures required by specific federal or 18 State rules for entities receiving their funding, those identified in Attachment X and 19 performance standards and/or outcome measures provided in the applicable MHSA 20 Service Exhibits. 21 Performance standards and/or outcome measures will be used as part of the 22 determination of the effectiveness of the services delivered by Contractor.

Related to PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND OUTCOME MEASURES

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Standard The Department’s Grant Manager will review the documentation to verify that the deliverables have been completed as described above. Upon review and written acceptance by the Department’s Grant Manager, the Grantee may proceed with payment request submittal. Payment Request Schedule: The Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement no more frequently than monthly.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Corrective Measures If the Participating Generator fails to meet or maintain the requirements set forth in this Agreement and/or the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall be permitted to take any of the measures, contained or referenced in the CAISO Tariff, which the CAISO deems to be necessary to correct the situation.

  • Performance Measure Grantee will adhere to the performance measures requirements documented in

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Measurement The Uniform Guidance requires completion of OMB-approved standard information collection forms (the PPR). The form focuses on outcomes, as related to the Federal Award Performance Goals that awarding Federal agencies are required to detail in the Awards.

  • Performance and Compliance Seller shall have performed, in all material respects, all of the covenants and complied with all of the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.
