Periodic Right to Review/Update Insurance Requirements. The Department and Licensee agree that the insurance policy limits specified on the attached Contract requirement page may be reviewed for adequacy annually throughout the term of this Agreement by the Risk Manager, who may thereafter require Licensee to adjust the amounts and types of insurance coverage however the Risk Manager deems to be adequate and necessary. City reserves the right to have submitted to it, upon request, all pertinent information about the agent and carrier providing such insurance, including applicable license and ratings.

The Department reserves the right to have submitted to it, upon EXHIBIT E Standard Provisions for Department of Wafer and Power Professional Services Contracts request, all pertinent information about the agent and carrier providing such insurance, including applicable license and ratings.

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Security Trustee, significant and capable of affecting the Borrowers, the Ships and their Insurances (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which each Borrower may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the relevant Borrower.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy.   • Insurance Reports Furnish to Lender, upon request of Lender, reports on each existing insurance policy showing such information as Lender may reasonably request, including without limitation the following: (1) the name of the insurer; (2) the risks insured; (3) the amount of the policy; (4) the properties insured; (5) the then current property values on the basis of which insurance has been obtained, and the manner of determining those values; and (6) the expiration date of the policy.
