Insurance Policy Limits. The limits of insurance shall not be less than the following amounts: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY Product Liability and Completed Operations, Fire Damage Liability – Split Limit $4,000,000 per occurrence; $8,000,000 in aggregate AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY – ANY AUTO Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 WORKERS COMPENSATION Statutory limits pursuant to State law EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY $1,000,000 BUILDER’S RISK (COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION) Issued for the value and scope of Work indicated herein. POLLUTION LIABILITY $1,000,000 per claim; $2,000,000 aggregate If Developer normally carries insurance in an amount greater than the minimum amounts required by District, that greater amount shall become the minimum required amount of insurance for purposes of the Contract. Therefore, Developer hereby acknowledges and agrees that all insurance carried by it shall be deemed liability coverage for all actions it performs in connection with the Contract.
