Periods that count towards Continuous Service. (a) Service or prior service during the following periods will be deemed to be continuous and will count as Continuous Service for the purpose of subclause 52.7 definitions:

  • Calculation of Continuous Service For the purposes of this clause service shall be deemed to be continuous notwithstanding:

  • Breaks in Continuous Service An employee's continuous service record shall be broken by voluntary resignation, discharge for just cause, and retirement.

  • Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Termination of Service Termination of Service shall mean the Executive's voluntary resignation of service by the Executive or the Bank's discharge of the Executive without cause, prior to the Early Retirement Date (Subparagraph I [K]).

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein.   • Length of Service For purposes of this Agreement and the method of computing sick leave, annual leave, seniority, and other conditions of employment, except as otherwise provided for herein, a “month” shall be defined as 173.3 hours of work, and a year shall be defined as 2080 hours of work. For purposes of computing longevity (wage) increments and annual leave progression steps, a “year” shall be defined as 1664 hours of work or twelve (12) months, whichever comes last. Time paid for but not worked (excluding standby pay) shall be regarded as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits not to exceed 2080 hours within any twelve (12) month period.

  • REFUSAL OF SERVICE Lithium Hosting, llc reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service without refund. Lithium Hosting, llc also reserves the right to refuse and remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this agreement.

  • Termination or Suspension of Service We may suspend or terminate your access to or use of any or all of our services at any time without cause in our sole discretion. We may immediately suspend your use of our services if you breach this or any other agreement with us or we have reason to believe there has been or may be an unauthorized use of your account.

  • Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.
