PERMANENT EMPLOYEES EVALUATIONS. Every permanent employee shall be evaluated at least every two (2) years from the date of the last evaluation. [Revised 8-21-03] 12.2.1 Nothing in this section shall preclude evaluations more often than every two (2) years when performance indicates the need for additional assistance. 12.2.2 In the event the employee is not evaluated within the review period, work performance will be deemed satisfactory. 12.2.3 Evaluations shall be conducted by a supervisor who has first-hand knowledge of the employee’s performance.
