Common use of Permanent Teacher Aide relief Clause in Contracts

Permanent Teacher Aide relief. (a) It is recognised that absences less than 4 weeks are considered appropriate to employ a casual Teacher Aide to fulfil the Teacher Aide relief arrangements as provided below. (b) For absences greater than 4 weeks, prior to the engagement of a temporary or casual Teacher Aide, available Teacher Aide hours will be subject to the allocation of additional permanent hours / re- distribution of permanent Teacher Aide hours at clause 4.5.
