Permissible Pool Activities. Recreational Swimming/Competitive Swimming/Other Aquatic Special Events. The Pool and facilities are open for event reservation during normal operating hours, pending no departmental program use or previous reservation was scheduled for the requested space(s). Pool rental for an event involving anything other than swimming (i.e. log rolling, scuba diving, paddling, etc.) requires the review and approval of the Coordinator of Aquatics or her/his designee.

Permissible Pool Activities. The Pool and facilities are open for recreational swimming each semester contingent upon class and program use. Open access swim days and times are posted each semester in the athletic department and in areas designated for such notification near the pool entrance. Competitive Swimming: The Pool and facilities shall be used only during the period 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Upon request to Owner, the pool may be scheduled for use during other periods when such use will not conflict with use by Owner’s programs. Should Owner require the use of the Pool or facilities during the daily scheduled practice hours, Owner shall notify the Permit Holder 48 hours in advance and shall propose alternative practice hours. Birthday Parties/Special Events: The Pool and facilities shall be scheduled for personal birthday and other celebrations on an as available basis. All related costs shall be incurred and paid by the Permit Holder. All policies and procedures pertinent to general pool use shall apply to these types of events.
