Use by Owner. Owner has the right to make advance reservations for the use of the Unit by Owner or Owner’s family members and friends, provided that these reservations have been accepted and confirmed by Agent. Agent shall have the right to book the Unit on any other date. Agent is not obligated to make Owner’s Unit available to the Owner when the Unit has already been reserved for a guest. Owner agrees to honor any reservations made for the Unit prior to Owner’s purchase of the Unit. Owner agrees not to enter the Unit and not to permit any other persons, including family members, friends, repairman, or guests, to enter the Unit without prior notification to, approval of, and coordination through Agent's office. Owner agrees to register at Agent's front desk before entering the Unit and upon check-out and agrees to have family members, friends and all other persons register prior to entering, and upon leaving, the Unit.
Use by Owner. A. The Owner reserves the right to let other contracts in connection with this Project or in connection with existing buildings. This Contractor shall afford other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their materials and execution of their work.
B. The Owner reserves the right to jointly occupy the premises with the Contractor in the performance of his duties and functions. Contractor shall coordinate work with the Owner and cooperate with the Owner to minimize undue interference.
C. If any part or the entire Project is substantially complete or ready for use, the Owner may, upon notice to the Contractor, and without prejudice to any of the rights of the Owner or Contractors, enter into and make use of the work that is substantially complete.
Use by Owner. OWNER, family, and personal guests will be allowed to use the property at any time if no prior reservation by the Property Manager has been made and OWNER requests and obtains confirmation of a reservation for the period in question through the Property Manager. OWNER will be charged the appropriate cleaning fee unless prior payment arrangements are made with the Property Manager. OWNER assumes all liabilities associated with personal use of the property by OWNER or OWNER’S personal guests. OWNER and OWNER’S personal guests agree to observe the standard check- in and check-out times unless arrangements are made prior to arrival through the Property Manager. OWNER may not advertise to personally reserve the home for any paid rental guests. All paid guests must follow the reservation process through the Property Manager.
Use by Owner. Owners shall have the right to use the Unit he/she has purchased or other Units in the Hotel Condominium Project upon the following terms and conditions:
Use by Owner. Owner may, with Contractor’s consent, occupy or use any complete or partially completed portion of the Work at any stage, provided such occupancy or use is approved by the builder’s all risk and property insurer and provided such occupancy or use is in compliance with Law and is for the purpose that such portion of the Work was intended. If the parties agree to such partial occupancy or use prior to Substantial Completion, Owner assumes the complete risk of loss and damage of such completed or partially completed portion of the Work irrespective of the cause of such loss or damage, and Owner shall be deemed to have accepted such work and Substantial Completion of said portion of the Work shall be deemed to have occurred. Consent of Contractor to partial occupancy or use shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Use by Owner. Any use of the RV Site by the Owner or Owner pursuant to his Article 7 will be strictly for the Owner’s or Owner’s private purpose. Under no circumstance will the Owner during the Term directly or indirectly charge rent or accept any form of consideration for the use of the RV Site except in accordance with the Rental Pool and this Agreement.
Use by Owner. OWNER’S account will be charged the appropriate cleaning fee unless prior payment arrangements are made with MANAGER. Security deposits are not charged to OWNER or OWNER’s personal guests. OWNER assumes all liabilities associated with personal use of the property by OWNER or OWNER’S personal guests. OWNER and OWNER’S personal guests agree to observe the standard check-in and check-out times unless arrangements are made prior to arrival through the MANAGER. OWNER may not advertise to personally reserve the home for any paid rental guests. All paid guests must follow the reservation process through MANAGER.
Use by Owner. Owner shall have the right to use the Facility or any part thereof for meetings, seminars, training classes, or other uses, with rates to be commiserate with published rates provided by OVG, including Owner’s responsibility for all expenses (such as the cost of food and beverage, ushers or guards, ticket takers, set-up and take-down personnel, security expenses, and other expenses) in connection with such use, and the parties agree to follow all relevant booking procedures for such use as set forth in the Operations Manual. In the unlikely event of a city-wide emergency, Owner shall have the right to use the Facility or any part thereof as an emergency shelter or other emergency purposes. If OVG must cancel any event due to Owner’s use of the Facility or any part thereof pursuant to this paragraph, Owner shall reimburse OVG for (i) any direct expense, including but not limited to, the loss of actual contractual rental of any event canceled due to such emergency use; and (ii) any actual out-of- pocket expenses incurred by OVG and caused by such emergency use, including but not limited to clean- up costs and food costs. All such reimbursements shall be limited to those expenses related to that portion or portions of the Facility actually used by Owner for emergency purposes.
Use by Owner. Upon issuance of the Final TCO, Owner agrees to use Xxxxxxx Plaza on a periodic basis as determined by Owner for appropriate commercial uses such as retail, food, and beverage sales, or for non-commercial uses such as temporary artwork installations, farmers markets, or special events, which uses are compatible with the operation of the Shops. Owner will have the right to terminate its use of Xxxxxxx Plaza after consultation with the Village if Owner reasonably believes its use of Xxxxxxx Plaza to be unsuccessful.
