Pool Use. Homeowner shall not be liable to Guest or any other person for any injuries or death incurred while using the pool. Swim at your own risk. Please supervise all children in and around all water areas.
Pool Use a. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swimming in the pool is strictly at your own risk.
Pool Use. The pool at Xxxxx Park is available for use during your event, provided ample staffing and weather conditions, but is still open to the public as well. • The pool rules apply to all guests. Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool. Lifeguards on duty have the right to eject any guests who do not follow the rules and regulations. • Entry fees to the pool will be charged in addition to your park rental fee. Should you wish your guests to use the pool during your event, please let the Supervisor’s Office know. You will then be contacted by the pool director or pool staff to discuss fees and payment. Pool entry bracelets are required and will be issued by the pool director or pool staff. ** Please note that recreational water use (for example sprinklers and/or hoses) is not permitted. ** I have read the above carefully and agree to the terms of the rental.
Pool Use. Participants using the pool will be required to provide their own towel and swim wear. Participants will also be required to shower before entering the Pool and Hot Tub. Use of the SMART Sports pool equipment is for Physical Therapy participants only. Advantage Card, Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports Specific Training participants will need to provide their own equipment. MISCELLANEOUS
Pool Use. No more than 10 people at a time can be in the pool area, • Members must register for pool use, and adhere to the schedule • Members will come in as a “social Distanced Group” and limit entering and exiting the pool area during their allotted time. • Members will wipe down all hard surfaces touched, both BEFORE and AFTER use • Members will leave as a Social Distancing group, at the same time • The new Members arriving MUST wait until all previous members are out of the pool area before entering • Change rooms are closed for use. Members much change at home, or outside deck area. • No guests are permitted at this time Deck Use: • Do not move tables and chairs • No “saving tables” • Disinfect all hard surfaces before and after use • Take all personal belongings with you or store in a way that ensures social distancing Facility Use: Washrooms: • Washrooms are now Gender neutral • One person at a time in each washroom (or child with an adult) • All washrooms accessed via the door on to the pool side of the facility • All members must exit the washrooms via the hallway leading to the kitchen. • Doors to the washrooms must be left open at all times • People waiting to use the facilities must stand on demarcations to ensure proper social distancing • Members must disinfect surfaces in washrooms after use. Kitchen and Food Storage: • Kitchen cupboards, utensils, dishes and surface, stove, microwave, dishware, glasses are closed and off limits for the summer • Sink and sterilizer can be used by ONE person at a time Living room Area, Table Tennis area: • furniture to be removed, or stored form these areas. • No loitering, or sitting inside the facility. • These areas are for traffic flow • Doors left permanently open. • Members required to follow traffic flow patterns Grounds Use: Members must practice Social Distancing at all times while on TBCA property Playground Area: • Members must wipe down hard surfaces of play areas both BEFORE and AFTER use by children • Adults must stay 2 meters apart while in play area.
Pool Use. For Resident’s safety and pleasure, please observe the following rules and regulations. Resident’s cooperation will be appreciated by all. Pool hours are Monday- Saturday 10am-12am.
Pool Use. Renters who wish to utilize the pool must follow posted rules which allows up to 5 guests per homeowner. Regular pool hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The grill and recreation area are also available; however, all common areas remain open to all residents. The pool will / will not be used during this event (mark which applies).
Pool Use. If the pool will be used for a pool party, the renter agrees to employ a certified lifeguard for the duration of the rental. The lifeguard’s name and certification must be received by the CPHA at least 3 days in advance of the rental. If the renter is unable or unwilling to secure a lifeguard, the number of guests in the pool will be limited to eight (8) at any one time. Renters Initials.
