Permits to Enter City Property. Subject to the rights of any third party, the rights of the public and the City's reasonable agreement on the scope of the proposed work and insurance and security requirements, each City Agency with jurisdiction shall grant permits to enter City-owned property on the City's standard form permit, including, without limitation, provisions regarding release, waivers and indemnification in keeping with the City’s standard practices, so long as the same is consistent with Applicable Law, and otherwise on commercially reasonable terms, in order to permit CPMC to enter City-owned property as necessary to construct the Project or comply with or implement the Approvals or other requirements in this Agreement.

Permits to Enter City Property. Subject to the rights of any third party and the City’s reasonable agreement on the scope of the proposed work and insurance or security requirements, and provided Developer is not then in Default under this Agreement, each City Agency with jurisdiction shall grant permits to enter City-owned property on the City’s standard form permit and otherwise on commercially reasonable terms in order to permit Developer to enter City-owned property as needed to perform investigatory work, construct Public Improvements, and complete the Mitigation Measures as contemplated by each Development Phase Approval. Permits will include release, indemnification and security provisions in keeping with the City’s standard practices.
Permits to Enter City Property. Subject to the rights of any third party, the rights of the public and the City’s reasonable agreement on the scope of the proposed work and insurance and security requirements, the City, acting through the Director of Property, the General Manager of the SFPUC, or other applicable City official, shall grant to Developer permits to enter City-owned property under their respective jurisdiction, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit V including, without limitation, provisions regarding release, waivers, and indemnification in keeping with the City’s standard practices, so long as the same is consistent with Applicable Standards, and otherwise on commercially reasonable terms, in order to permit Developer to enter City-owned property as necessary to construct the Project or comply with or implement the Approvals or other requirements in this Agreement.

  • City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • Permits, Licenses, and Safety PURCHASER shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary and incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the operations. STATE may at any time require PURCHASER to satisfy STATE that operations under this contract comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations. STATE may require PURCHASER to obtain a permit, license, or approval from the governmental body or agency responsible for administering applicable laws before PURCHASER may begin or continue an operation under this contract. In the performance of the operations, PURCHASER shall use every reasonable and practicable means to avoid damage to property and injury to persons. The responsibility of PURCHASER stated herein shall cease upon the operations being accepted as complete by STATE.

  • Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
