Common use of PERSON IN CHARGE Clause in Contracts

PERSON IN CHARGE. Each organization or group will designate an adult member at least 21 years of age as being in charge of its activities. That person must be registered with the church office by name, address, telephone number and email address. The person in charge must be present at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting or event. It is the responsibility of the person in charge to see that all is in order before departing at the conclusion of the event. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
