Personal Application. All present and future owners, occupants, tenants, future tenants or their employees, or any other person that might use the facilities of the condominium in any manner, are subject to the regulations set forth in these By-Laws. The mere acquisition, rental or use of any of the condominium units of Overlook Village or of any of its recreational or other facilities or common elements or easements will signify that these By-Laws will be complied with.

Personal Application. All present or future Owners, tenants, future tenants, and their agents and employees, and any other person that might use the facilities of the Condominium Property in any manner, shall be subject to the provisions of the Condominium Declaration and these By-Laws. The acquisition or rental of a Dwelling Unit or the act of occupancy of a Dwelling Unit will signify that the Condominium Declaration and these By-Laws are accepted, ratified and will be complied with.

However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • RENTAL APPLICATION The Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord has relied upon the rental application, a copy of which is attached hereto, as an inducement for entering into this agreement, and the Tenant warrants to the Landlord that the facts stated in the application are true to the best of Tenant’s knowledge. If any facts stated in the rental application prove to be untrue, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate the residency immediately and to collect from the Tenant any damages resulting therefrom.
