Personal Information Exports from the United Kingdom (“UK”). If Personal Information of residents of UK is to be transferred to a location outside of the UK or Processed by Supplier from a location outside of the UK that is subject to the UK law, the Parties agree to be bound by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Model Clauses (the “UK Approved Addendum”) issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (the “ICO”).
