EU SCCs definition

EU SCCs means the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in Commission Decision 2021/914 dated 4 June 2021, for transfers of personal data to countries not otherwise recognized as offering an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission (as amended and updated from time to time).
EU SCCs means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data from Controllers to Controllers established in third countries where the EU GDPR applies, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as set out in the Annex to the European Commission’s Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, or such alternative clauses as may be approved by the European Commission from time to time.

EU SCCs means the version(s) of the Approved EU SCCs which this UK Addendum is appended to, as set out in Table 2, including the Appendix Information Appendix Information shall be as set out in Table 3 Appropriate Safeguards means the standard of protection over the personal data and of data subjects’ rights, which is required by UK Data Protection Laws when you are making an ex-UK Transfer relying on standard data protection clauses under Article 46(2)(d) UK GDPR.
EU SCCs means Module Two of the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data, in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Law, to Controllers and Processors established in Third Countries, the approved version of which is in force at the date of signature of this Agreement that are in the European Commission's Decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021, as such standard contractual clauses are available at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxx.xx/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_en, and as may be amended or replaced by the European Commission from time to time, and as further defined in clause 4 of this DPA.
EU SCCs means the contractual clauses annexed to the European Commission's Implementing Decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as amended, superseded, or replaced from time to time.
EU SCCs means the EU standard Contractual Clauses set forth in EU Decision 2021/915 (June 2021), with Controller-to-Processor (Module 2) selected in all applicable locations; and
EU SCCs means the unchanged version of the standard contractual clauses in Commission Decision 2021/914/EU which can be found at xxxxx://xxx-xxx.xxxxxx.xx/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32021D0914&from=EN). Clause 7 (Docking Clause), and Xxxxxx 9(a) Option 2 (General Authorization), but not the option under Clause 11 (independent dispute resolution), shall apply;
EU SCCs means standard contractual clauses between (i) controllers and processors currently located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/c2p-scc or (ii) processors currently located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/p2p-scc, in each case, as approved by the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021.
EU SCCs means the Standard Contractual Clauses published by the EU Commission in 2021, as set out in Appendix 2 to this schedule.
