SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. 19.1 For this clause “personal information” has the meaning given to it in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
19.2 The company undertakes not to pass on or sell Employees’ personal information either directly or indirectly (e.g. contractual arrangements with clients), except to comply with a specific direction from a government authority or a request from a party to this agreement (e.g. time and wages information). To the extent allowable by law, all requests for the Company to provide personal information shall be notified to the Union and genuine consultation shall occur between the parties to this agreement. The company commits to minimise the extent of employee information held in order to meet its legal and employment relationship requirements.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Vendor agrees to keep any and all personal information of staff and students, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers, and photographs secure and to not use any photographs or information obtained in connection with this Agreement for any purposes not consistent with or expressly authorized by this Agreement. Vendor, its agents, or employees are expressly prohibited from republishing, reprinting, or uploading to any website photographs of staff or students without the express consent of the School District or unless otherwise authorized by this Agreement.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Information security is of the utmost importance to Company, however, no transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. Company shall not guarantee or warrant the security of any personal information transmitted to or from it. Any such transmission is made solely at User’s risk.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. The Supplier must ensure that:
2.1 any Personal Information is protected against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse; and
2.2 access to Personal Information is limited to those employees or sub- contractors of the Supplier who need it for the purposes of carrying out their duties for the purpose of this Agreement.

Key Insurance Company uses a variety of tools to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state regulations to guard your personal information. We restrict access to personal information about you to only those employees who need that information to provide products or services to you.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Appropriate technical and physical security measures are used to keep Personal Information of customers and other individuals safe and secure. When AIG provides Personal Information to a third party or engages a third party to collect Personal Information on behalf of AIG, the third party will be selected carefully and required to use appropriate security measures. Rights of the customer or the other individual – The customer or the other individual have a number of rights under data protection law in connection with AIG’s use of Personal Information. These rights may only apply in certain circumstances and are subject to certain exemptions.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. NeuLion shall establish adequate and appropriate controls designed to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Information and to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed contrary to the provisions of this Agreement; provided that, without limiting the foregoing, NeuLion shall implement and/or maintain information security practices and procedures that include appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards and other security measures that are designed to: (a) ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Information; (b) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security, confidentiality and integrity of Personal Information; and (c) protect against unauthorized access to or use of Personal Information that could result in the destruction, use, modification or disclosure of Personal Information, or the substantial harm or inconvenience to NHL or any individual. NeuLion shall ensure that each of the NeuLion personnel with access to Personal Information is advised of NeuLion’s privacy and security policies regarding the handling of such Personal Information and shall be responsible for any failure of its personnel to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement regarding Personal Information.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We take reasonable steps and precautions to keep personal information secure from loss, misuse, and interference, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If you use the Internet to communicate with us, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information over the Internet. ACY Capital does not have control over information while in transit over the Internet and we cannot guarantee its security. Where information is no longer required to be held or retained by ACY Capital for any purpose or legal obligation, we will take all reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify the information accordingly.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. The South Central Regional Functional Needs Registry does not sell, rent, or publish enrollment information. Enrollment information will not be revealed to any unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except if required by law.
