Common use of Personal leave allowances for full Clause in Contracts

Personal leave allowances for full. time members entering the bargaining unit or returning from an unpaid leave of absence after July 1 and who have not received a personal leave grant for the fiscal year will be granted a prorated portion of the personal time specified in Section F.1. of this Article on the basis of the number of full months scheduled to be worked for the remainder of the fiscal year at a rate of four hours per month, not to exceed five days or 40 hours per year.
