Personal leave Evidentiary Matters. (a) In accordance with the NES an employee must provide the School, if requested, with evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that they are entitled to take Personal Leave. Without limiting this obligation, it is agreed that the following evidence may be required, if requested by the School, from an employee in order to be entitled to personal leave:
