Personal Leave Without Pay Whilst Ill or Injured. a) Employees who have exhausted all of their personal leave entitlements and are ill or injured may apply for personal leave without pay. Employees are required to complete the necessary application and provide evidence to satisfy a reasonable person. The Employer shall not unreasonably withhold this leave.
