Personal Necessity/Emergency Leave. A. Accumulated sick leave, not to exceed eight (8) days in any one school year, may be used at the employee's discretion. Employees shall exhaust FMLA leave during the period he/she is exhausting leave under this section for the serious illness of a member of her/her immediate family.
