Personal Release. Xxxxxx (and/or others on behalf of Xxxxxx) may be photographing, recording (both audio and video), webcasting and podcasting (“Recordings”) at the Event and the Venues, events or activities. By agreeing to these Terms and attending the Event: • You agree that your image, likeness, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics (your “Image”) may be Recorded, and you consent to the use of your Image in connection with the use of the Recordings. • You irrevocably grant Apollo and its agents, contractors, licensees and designees and their respective successors and assigns (the “Apollo Parties”) a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, translate, display, perform and otherwise exploit the Recordings and your Image therein, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats and through any and all media channels, in any manner and for any purpose in connection with Apollo, its business and/or the Event (including any future reoccurrence of the Event or a similar event), and for any other lawful purpose. • You waive any right you may have to inspect and/or approve the use of the Recordings or any reproductions thereof, and you agree that Xxxxxx is not obligated to make any use of your Image or exercise any of the rights granted to it. • You understand that your Image may appear in Recordings made available to you, other attendees, or the public, and that third-parties may retain and distribute those Recordings. • You agree that Xxxxxx exclusively owns all rights (including without limitation, intellectual property rights) in the Recordings and all results and proceeds derived from the use of the Recordings and your Image therein, and that no portion of such proceeds will be shared with you. • You waive and release any and all rights of privacy and publicity, and any and all claims to compensation or damages or of violation of intellectual property rights, in connection with the use of the Recordings and your Image therein and/or any advertising or publicity relating thereto. • You represent that you are of full legal age and have read this release and fully understand its contents.

You agree that DocuSign may use or share any such photographs or recordings containing your image or likeness, if captured, in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program or material for the Event, DocuSign, or for any other lawful purpose, including posting on public websites. DocuSign does not undertake any obligation to use your image, name or likeness, or any exercise of its rights granted herein. If you do not wish for your image to be used in any of the ways outlined above,

The Society may use my name, voice, likeness and biographical material, or that of any member of the Project, in connection with any NGS Product and/or any NGP Product; and may use my name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, publicity and promotion in connection with the Project and any products describing the Project, and for institutional purposes, but not as an endorsement for any product or service. Further, third party sponsor(s) of the Project or the Society may use my name, voice, likeness and biographical material, or that of any member of the Project, only in connection with such sponsor(s)’s advertising, publicity and promotion of its sponsorship of the Project or the Society, but not as an endorsement for any product or service of such sponsor(s). I specifically agree that this release affords the Society the right to feature me in any NGS or NGP Product. Upon final execution of this Agreement, I agree to provide the Society with a still photograph of me (“Head Shot”) for such use, and grant to the Society a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute and display the Head Shot as described herein. I covenant, represent and warrant that I am either the copyright owner of the Head Shot or own sufficient rights in the Head Shot to make the grant of rights above.

However, Slack is not obligated to use your image, voice, name or likeness, or exercise any of its rights granted herein.

Personal Release. (a) Trailblazer Community Group Meeting leaders, and Trailhead meeting and Trailblazer Community Group Meeting attendees, and/or Salesforce (and/or others on behalf of Salesforce), may be photographing, recording (both audio and video), webcasting, podcasting or otherwise transmitting during any or all of a Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting (including at the Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting venue, during a Trailhead or Trailblazer Community Group meeting session, or during other Trailblazer Community Group activity). Your image, likeness, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics (each, an “Image”) may be captured in photographs, recordings (both audio and video), webcasts, podcasts, or other transmissions of a Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting or such other activity (each, a “Recording”).
(b) You hereby grant to Salesforce, with respect to all Recordings (and to each Trailblazer Community Group Meeting leader or Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group attendee, with respect to any Recordings captured by such leader or attendee) a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license, without additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform and display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use, analyze and exploit such Recordings (including your Images therein), in whole or in part, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose (including for promotional purposes, such as testimonials). The foregoing license also applies to any Recordings you make available to Salesforce or any Trailblazer Community Group Meeting leader or Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group attendee. Salesforce exclusively owns all right, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to the Recordings captured by Salesforce (and/or by others on behalf of Salesforce) (“Salesforce Recordings”), all modifications and derivatives of Salesforce Recordings, and all proceeds derived from Salesforce Recordings or such modifications or derivatives. Salesforce has no obligation to share any such proceeds with you.

You hereby grant to Salesforce and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free right, but not obligation, to use your name, likeness, voice, biography and quotations (collectively “Attributes”) in Promotional Materials (as defined below), and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit or otherwise exploit these Promotional Materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, internally or externally, in all media, including at events sponsored by Salesforce or its Affiliates, for the purposes of advertising or trade in promoting and publicizing Salesforce, its Affiliates, and their products and services. “
