Personal Service Record. 28.01 An employee shall be permitted to review his personal service records and may receive a copy of any item in his file, with reasonable notice to the Department Head. Upon the written request of the fire fighter, his personal service record is to be cleared of any offenses in accordance with the following schedule, provided there is no intervening discipline of a similar nature:

Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State.
