Personal Waiting Periods. Conditions specified for an Insured Person under Personal Waiting Period in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate will be subject to a Waiting Period of 24 months from the inception of the First Policy with Us and will be covered from the commencement of the third Policy Year as long as the Insured Person has been insured continuously under the Policy without any break.

  • Service Dates Invoice shall include the beginning and ending date of the work accomplished for the invoice.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Break Periods ‌ There will be no rest periods, organized coffee breaks or other non-working time established during working hours. Individual coffee containers will be permitted at the employee’s work location. Where 4/10s are being worked there shall be a morning and an afternoon coffee break.
