Personnel File Contents. 1. Each employee’s personnel file shall contain, among other items, the following: a. All employee evaluation reports b. Teaching Licenses c. Copies of official personnel action action d. Letters of commendation e. College placement material, including official transcripts 2. The employee shall have the right to respond to all materials contained in said file. Such employee responses shall become part of said file. 3. Any complaints directed toward an employee which are placed in his/her personnel file are to be promptly called to the employee’s attention in writing.
