Common use of Personnel Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Personnel Policies and Procedures. Section 01. The Township reserves the right to suspend, discipline, demote, and discharge employees for just cause, and it reserves the right to transfer, assign, schedule, promote, or retain employees. Towards this end, the Township may promulgate personnel policies and a copy of same, when issued, shall be transmitted to each employee. Such policies may be amended from time to time as required, and as determined by the Township. Employees shall be notified of any changes or amendments as provided herein. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to allow the personnel policies adopted by the Township to be in derogation of the provisions of this Agreement.
