Personnel Record. SECTION 1. Employees shall have the right to review their own personnel files provided notification is given to the Department of Human Resources. Examination of personnel files shall be made by appointment with the Department of Human Resources. If an Employee desires a copy of a document contained in the Employee’s personnel file, a copy shall be provided. Employees are not permitted to remove any documents or alter the contents of their personnel file.
