Personnel Training. Manager shall outline in writing the training needs of the Property Staff and establish a training program that will teach, maintain and improve the technical proficiency of each member in his or her assigned job.

Personnel Training. Upon the request of the Owner, the Manager shall outline in writing the training needs of the Property Staff Staff, create a training manual for the Property, and establish a training program based on such training manual that will teach, maintain and improve the technical proficiency of each member in his or her assigned job.
