Common use of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Personnel. A. The CONTRACTOR represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all necessary personnel required to perform the services under this Contract. Such personnel shall not be employees of or have any contractual relationship with the COUNTY. B. All of the services required hereafter shall be performed by the CONTRACTOR or under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in performing the services shall be fully qualified and, if required, authorized or permitted under state and local law to perform such services. C.
