Persons to Assist with Lunch Hour Supervision. The Board will budget for hiring of persons to assist with lunch supervision duties in the elementary schools in order to ensure Teachers receive forty (40) consecutive minutes for a lunch period. The maximum amount for each school year will be $95,000. Allocation of the funding may be the subject of discussion at the Board Level Staffing Committee. It shall be the responsibility of the Principals to hire, train and supervise persons who are hired to assist Teachers with lunch hour supervision, in accordance with the criteria developed by the joint committee.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.
