Pet Coverage. If your pet (domestic dog or cat) loses their life as a result of a covered loss to the insured watercraft we will reimburse you up to a maximum amount of $1,000 towards the purchase of a replacement pet within 12 months of the death. We will not pay for cremation fees. This section contains conditions that apply to all coverages of this policy. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused while the Insured Property is: 1) used for carrying passengers or goods for compensation, either in cash or kind; 2) rented or leased to another person; 3) used in any illegal or criminal act(s); 4) operated in any race or speed test; however, this does not apply to sailboats or predicted log cruises.

Pet Coverage. We will pay for direct physical damage to covered property caused by a domestic animal you own. In addition, we will pay up to a total of $5,000 for the following reasonable expenses you incur that directly result from a covered loss which damages a residence covered by this policy: a. The kenneling of your domestic animal if you are displaced from your residence; b. Veterinarian service charges to treat your injured domestic animal; c. Expenses related to the euthanizing of your domestic animal, including burial and cremation expenses; and d. The costs associated with the replacement of your domestic animal with one of a similar breed.

  • Asset Coverage The Borrower will not at any time permit the aggregate amount of Total Liabilities that are Senior Securities Representing Indebtedness to exceed 33 1/3% of its Adjusted Net Assets.

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • Coverage If any of the aforementioned liability insurance is arranged on a "claims made" basis, "tail" coverage will be required at the completion of this contract for a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the PURCHASER's insurer will provide such if less than 24 months. PURCHASER will be responsible for furnishing certification of "tail" coverage as described or continuous "claims made" liability coverage for 24 months following contract completion. Continuous "claims made" coverage will be acceptable in lieu of "tail" coverage, provided its retroactive date is on or before the effective date of this contract.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • REINSURANCE COVERAGE Reinsurance under this Agreement will apply to insurance issued by Ceding Company on the Plans of Insurance shown in Schedule A. Such Plans of Insurance shall be reinsured with the Reinsurer on an automatic basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section A below. The specifications for all reinsurance under this Agreement are provided in Schedule A. A. Requirements for Automatic Reinsurance For risks which meet the requirements for automatic reinsurance as set forth below, Reinsurer will participate in a reinsurance Pool whereby Reinsurer will automatically reinsure a portion of the insurance risks as indicated in Schedule A. The requirements for automatic reinsurance are as follows: 1. The individual risk must be a resident of the United States or Canada at the time of application. 2. The individual risk must be underwritten according to the Ceding Company's standard underwriting practices and guidelines. This individual risk will be determined to be a true Table 1,2,3 or 4 based on the Ceding Company's normal underwriting guidelines and will be issued as a Standard Risk. 3. Any risk offered on a facultative basis by the Ceding Company to the Reinsurer or any other company will not qualify for automatic reinsurance under this Agreement for the same risk and same life. 4. The minimum issue age on any risk will be age 5 and the maximum issue age on any risk will be age 75. B. Basis of Reinsurance Reinsurance under this Agreement will be on the basis as stated in Schedule B. C. Policy Forms When requested, the Ceding Company will furnish the Reinsurer with a copy of each policy, rider, rate book, and applicable sales or marketing material that applies to the life insurance reinsured hereunder.
