PETS AND SMOKING. If the tenancy agreement does not permit pets or smoking in the rental unit, the landlord has the right to give a Notice of Termination if the tenant has pets or smokes. If the landlord permits pets on the premises but the pet(s) disrupt the peace and enjoyment of other tenants, the landlord has the right to file a Notice of Termination.

PETS AND SMOKING. If the rental agreement does not address pets and smoking then they are permitted in the rental premises. The landlord of a private unit has the right to refuse to rent a premise to a pet owner or smoker.

If despite warnings of Bungalow Park Zuiderzee inconveniences remain, Bungalow Park Zuiderzee has the right to immediately remove you from the park, without any restitution of the rent or part of this will be effectuated. 9.5 Smoking in the bungalow (s) is not allowed. There are no special smoking bungalows available. Smokers are required to smoke outside the bungalow and to clean up any waste themselves. If this is done anyway, keep in mind, Bungalow Park Zuiderzee is entitled to the relevant cleaning costs, which are outside the normal cleaning costs and which can be recovered from the tenant.
PETS AND SMOKING. 9.1 No pets of any kind are allowed on the Boat at any time during the Term. If Renter, invitee, or licensee of Renter has a pet of any kind on the Boat, Renter will forfeit the security deposit and be liable for all additional cleaning fees. 9.2 No smoking will be permitted on the Boat. If Renter, invitee, or licensee of Renter smokes on the Boat, Renter will forfeit the security deposit and be liable for any damages caused by the smoking and all additional cleaning fees to remove any smell and residue of the smoke.

  • Dogs 6.1. The Tenant shall not bring or cause to be brought onto the Allotment Site a dog unless it is held at all times on a leash, and remains on the Tenant’s Allotment Garden only. Any faeces to be removed and disposed of off site by the Tenant.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.

  • WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY The employer must ensure that any Individual Flexibility Agreement (IFA) is genuinely agreed to by the employer and the employee and result in the employee being better off overall at the time the IFA is made than the employee would have been if no IFA had been agreed to. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the employer and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of the Agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the employer and the individual employee. The terms the employer and the individual employee may agree to vary are the application of those permitted under Section 172 of the FW Act, and relates only to:- 8.1.1 arrangements for when work is performed; 8.1.2 salary sacrifice arrangements; 8.1.3 reduction in ordinary hours; and 8.1.4 are not unlawful terms under Section 194 of the FW Act. 8.2 The employer and the individual employee must have genuinely made the IFA without coercion or duress. An IFA can only be entered into after the individual employee has commenced employment with the employer. 8.3 The IFA between the employer and the individual employee must: 8.3.1 be confined to a variation in the application of one or more of the terms listed in Clause 8.1; and 8.4 The IFA between the employer and the individual employee must also: 8.4.1 be in writing, name the parties to the IFA and be signed by the employer and the individual employee and, if the employee is under eighteen (18) years of age, the employee’s parent or guardian; 8.4.2 state each term of the Agreement that the employer and the individual employee have agreed to vary; 8.4.3 detail how the application of each term has been varied by agreement between the employer and the individual employee;

  • Area of Concern Separation of xxxxxx and steps. Standard: So long as xxxxxx and steps do not separate an average of more than one (1) inch from the building, settling, heaving, and separation of such xxxxxx and steps is to be expected. Developer or Initial Purchaser must immediately seal cracks appearing with a waterproof substance.

  • Alpine Areas As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $3.85 worked on Projects in alpine areas. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.
