Rental Premises definition

Rental Premises means all or part of a dwelling unit or related accessory structure being rented or otherwise let to person(s) other than the owner of the subject property.
Rental Premises means a building containing one or more rental units.
Rental Premises means a residential dwelling unit, appurtenances thereto, grounds, and facilities held out for the use of tenants generally and any other area or facility which is held out for use by the tenant.

More Definitions of Rental Premises

Rental Premises means the rental unit(s) described in the Schedule above, including the building in which such rental unit(s) is located, and the contents contained in such rental unit(s) or building.
