PHARMACOVIGILANCE CONTACT PERSONS. 7.1 The Parties undertake to have permanently at their disposal a person who will act as pharmacovigilance contact person for the other Party and a deputy of such pharmacovigilance contact person. These persons shall have experience in all aspects of pharmacovigilance and should either be a physician or an otherwise medically qualified person reporting to or having access to a physician. In the latter case, KANGZHE ensures that it has constantly (24/7-basis) access to one or several physicians. The Parties warrant that both pharmacovigilance contact persons or their deputies will be permanently available (24/7-basis). In case KANGZHE does not have at its disposal respectively qualified persons in its firm it undertakes to engage external experts who have the necessary qualifications.

  • Contact Persons 12.1 All matters or enquiries regarding this Agreement will be directed to each party’s Contact Person (set out in the Key Details).

  • Liaisons Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.

  • Team Leaders 4.3.1 Team Leaders will be paid on the teachers’ scale according to their qualifications and length of service and in addition will be paid management units for responsibility.

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Our Personnel We will be responsible for the performance of Our personnel (including Our employees and contractors) and their compliance with Our obligations under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein.

  • Contract Managers Each party will designate a Contract Manager during the term of this Contract whose responsibility shall be to oversee the party's performance of its duties and obligations pursuant to the terms of this Contract.   • Contact person person who provides a link for administrative information and who, depending on the structure of the higher education institution, may be the departmental coordinator or works at the international relations office or equivalent body within the institution.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Vendor Personnel Vendor personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry and security. Failure of Vendor personnel to gain and/or qualify for access to a secure Government session or facility does not relieve Vendor of any financial obligation contained herein.
