Phase 2 Approval with Conditions. The Village hereby approves Phase 216 2, as set forth herein. Phase 2 shall be improved by the Developer in two subphases: 217 Phase 2A and Phase 2B. Phase 2A shall include the following twenty lots: 18, 19, 218 20, 21, 39, 40, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 350, 351 219 (“Phase 2A”). Phase 2B shall include the following twenty-four lots: 16, 17, 41, 220 42, 43, 318, 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 332, 221 333, 334, 335, 336 (“Phase 2B”). 222 223 No building permits will be issued for Phase 2 until Dane County and the Village 224 are satisfied that the stormwater management facilities required for Phase 1 operate 225 as required by this Agreement, and Dane County and the Village have approved the 226 release of the security associated therewith. 227 228 Developer shall also construct stormwater management facilities for Phase 2 as 229 required by the Village Engineer’s written statement ofno objection” and any 230 conditions associated therewith, the stormwater management plan approved by 231 CARPC, and the stormwater and erosion control permits issued by Dane County 232 Land & Water Resources Department. In the event of a conflict in standards by 233 approving authorities, the stricter standards shall control. 234 235 1.4.4. Developer Grading of Community Park Portion of Outlot 2 and 236 Installation of Sanitary Sewer. Developer shall grade that portion of Outlot 2 237 planned for the community park,6 all in accordance with grading plan prepared by 238 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, PE of X’Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx as shown on sheet C4.1 of the bidding 239 documents dated May 9, 2018 (“Park Grading Plan”). [Note: Per the Park 240 Grading Plan, Wet Detention and the Swale Relocation shall be by Developer.] The 241 Developer shall work with the Village to coordinate grading so that the Windsor 242 Community Park construction project described in section 1.4.5 below can proceed 243 in a timely manner. 244 245 Developer shall install the sanitary sewer line that traverses the Windsor 246 Community Park, all in accordance with the Plans prepared by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, PE of 247 X’Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx as shown on sheet C5.0 of the bidding documents dated May 248 9, 2018 (“Park Sanitary Sewer Plan”).   • TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION (i) The work under this Contract shall commence within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed and will be substantially complete within thirty (80) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment within ninety (90) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.

  • At Substantial Completion and Final Completion the Contractor shall provide a certification letter certifying that the Work does not contain asbestos as required by the UTUGCs.

  • ROAD WORK PHASE APPROVAL Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator upon completion of each of the following phases of road work:  Drainage installation  Subgrade compaction  Rock compaction SUBSECTION RESTRICTIONS

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.
