Approval of Each Phase Required. Each Phase of the Development requires 127 review and approval by the Village Board. The approval shall specify both the lots 128 and outlots in the Phase, as well as the associated Public Improvements, such as 129 streets, utilities, stormwater facilities and public parks. Approval of each Phase 130 shall be by resolution of the Village Board and shall require a written amendment 131 of the Agreement and preparation of relevant exhibits. Village approval of one 132 Phase does not give the Developer a vested right to Village approval of a 133 subsequent Phase. 134 135 1.4. Specific Project Approvals in Agreement: Stormwater Management; 136 Corrections to Stormwater Facilities required in Phase 1 (Outlot 1 and Outlot 137 3); Public Improvements for Phase 2; and, Windsor Community Park (Outlot 138 2).   • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Phase 2 Phase 2 is expected to consist of Member Nodes and a select number of Nodes operated by non-Members. The non-Member Nodes will be required to comply with Node hosting terms as set forth by the Council, which may be amended from time to time (the “General Node Terms”).

At least ninety percent (90%) of the combined exterior surface area of all walls, including all stories of buildings / structures, shall consist of stone, brick, painted or tinted stucco, and factory tinted (not painted) split faced concrete masonry unit or similar material approved by the Director of Planning.
