Phase I of Project. SUNSHINE - I” “SUNSHINE-I ” shall have 5 (Five) multi-storied Towers, each having Ground + 18 upper floors comprising of 1192 residential apartments along with limited facilities along with such Common Areas and Common Utilities, as more particularly described in Schedule E hereunder written.   • Completion of Project The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Technical Description as may be modified from time to time with the approval of the Bank, and complete it by the final date specified therein.
