Common use of Phase Two Clause in Contracts

Phase Two. Contract Years 3 and 4: * Work Units plus 5 Work Units per Grid Area in the Contract Area, for each of Contract Years 3 and 4.

Phase Two. Contract Years 3 4 and 45: * Work Units plus 5 Minimum 10 Work Units per Grid Area in the Contract Area, for each of Contract Years 3 4 and 45. The above Work Units shall be accomplished at any time prior to the end of the Initial Term.
