PHASED DEVELOPMENT. 24.1The SELLER reserves the right to erect and complete from time to time and within a period of 10 (TEN) years, for his own account, further buildings on the specified part of the common property and to divide such buildings into units and exclusive rights areas (if any), in terms of Section 25 of the Sectional Titles Act, and to obtain a certificate of real right.
