Common use of PHASED DEVELOPMENT Clause in Contracts

PHASED DEVELOPMENT. 18.1 The Purchaser is made aware that the Scheme is a phased development, as per annexure A attached hereto, and the Property forms part of a particular phase. The Purchaser agrees that initially, prior to completion of the entire Scheme, the phase in which the Property is located (along with all other completed phases, if any) will be a stand-alone Housing Development Scheme (as referred to in the Retired Person's Act).

The Purchaser agrees that initially, prior to completion of the entire Scheme, the phase in which the Property is located (along with all other completed phases, if any) will be a stand-alone Housing Development Scheme (as referred to in the Retired Person's ’s Act), on the condition that adequate health care facilities are provided to the Nominated Occupant(s).
