Phasing Refinement. During SD the Design Team will investigate opportunities to adjust the timing of phases to provide potential near-term benefits to MTJ such as reduced development cost, shortened construction schedule or minimized impact to airport operations. Any refinements to the initial phasing plan will be based on sound principles of financial feasibility. The Design Team will also include recommendations on adjustments resulting from the Floor Slab Assessment findings.
