By using the Photo Stream feature of iCloud, you agree that Apple may store photos taken on your iOS Device or uploaded from your computer for a limited period of time and automatically send the photos to your other Apple iOS Devices or computers that have Photo Stream enabled. Please note that a limited number of photos may be stored in the cloud or on your devices at any one time, and older photos will be automatically deleted from Photo Stream over time.
