PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING. City shall be authorized to photograph, record, video tape, reproduce, transmit, or disseminate, in or from the plaza, the performance solely for educational and public information purposes. City shall not be responsible for the actions of persons who are not under its employment or control.
