Promotional Use. 2.1 the BBC may on a royalty free basis use in any media now or hereafter known extracts from a performance of the Script for promotional purposes only as follows:
2.1.1 up to four minutes in total when the use is by broadcast or in a cable programme (including so-called streaming, on-line or webcast distribution)
2.1.2 up to ten minutes in total for all other use in a promotional context including for example exhibition and point of sale use
2.2 no royalties shall be payable by the BBC on distribution of Audio Recordings distributed to reviewers for promotional purposes to promote or stimulate sales or sold at a close-out at a price no greater than manufacturing cost for the purpose of deletion from records catalogues
Promotional Use. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Special Provisions of the Agreement, the Architect may include photographs or artistic representations of the Project among the Architect’s promotional and professional materials.
Promotional Use. Music recorded under this Agreement may be used without any additional payment for electronic press-kits, advertising or review purposes, and to otherwise solely promote the product in which the music was recorded or used. Filming at sessions for “making of promos” for the uses described in the foregoing sentence, and/or for inclusion as “value added content” with product software, is also permitted without any additional payment.
Promotional Use. The Club will have the right to designate other persons, including, without limitation, officers, directors, partners, managers, members, shareholders, employees and designees of the Company and its affiliates and their guests, to use the Club Facilities upon such terms and conditions as may be determined from time to time by the Club. The Club will also have the right to permit prospective Members and purchasers of residences or homesites in 7-R Ranch to use the Club Facilities on such terms and conditions as may be determined from time to time by the Club. The Club reserves the right, in its discretion, to restrict or to otherwise reserve in advance the Club Facilities for maintenance, outings, receptions and other special events from time to time. In connection with such special events, the Club and its affiliates may: (1) erect barricades and shut down, block off, or re-direct traffic on, the streets and sidewalks, provided that some means of vehicular and pedestrian access (which may be circuitous and inconvenient) will be provided to the Club Facilities; and (2) to erect and/or establish within any portion of Sundance Club property and/or adjacent property any number of tents, shades, awnings, temporary structures, stadium and other seating, media booths and equipment, temporary signage, flags and banners, portable toilets, temporary lighting, temporary fencing and screening, bus and shuttle service loading, unloading and parking areas, staging areas, and similar items or areas, for periods which may commence significantly before and extend significantly after the actual special event.
Promotional Use. The Employer is also permitted to make reasonable use of Musician images and soundtrack for electronic press kits (EPKs), trailers, “making of” videos, news, review, or other similar promotional purposes.
Promotional Use. Notwithstanding article (O) above, the Producer may make reasona- ble use of musician images and soundtrack for electronic press kits, trailers, “making of…”, news, review or other similar promotional purposes.
Promotional Use. Company shall have the right, at its own expense, subject to the reasonable review of Dell, to refer to Dell and the Services in its promotional materials provided no confidential or proprietary information is disclosed. Dell shall have the right to review and approve promotional material referencing Dell. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Company shall not issue any press releases, advertisements or other public disclosures concerning the existence of or the actual terms and conditions of this Agreement, or other information regarding the relationship of the parties to this Agreement without the prior review and written consent of Dell, which consent shall be granted in Dell's sole discretion.
Promotional Use. Included (e.g., Still photographs, Electronic Press Kits, "Making Of” DVD's, Trailers and Programs, etc.). The AFM shall receive 10 promotional copies of the game and 10 subscriptions if the game is only playable online.
Promotional Use. Without additional fee, the Client may use the Photographs to advertise or promote only the issue of the publication in which they appear, provided the Photographs are shown in the original context of that publication, and provided the Client secures the permission of any recognizable people and properties in the Photographs. If the Client wishes to use the photographs for any promotion at a later date, or out of context at any time, the Client will seek permission from the Photographer in advance and pay an additional licensing fee to be agreed upon.
Promotional Use. Customer and ConRes shall not without prior written consent from the other: (a) disclose to any third party the contents and/or the facts of this Agreement, (b) engage in any advertising, promotion or publicity related to this Agreement, or (c) make public use of each other’s trade name, trademarks, service marks, insignia, symbols, logos, or other designations of Customer and ConRes or their respective affiliates.
