Physical and Health Requirements. Resident shall meet all required physical/health requirements of EINSTEIN including but not limited to pre-employment physicals and adequate immunizations. Additionally, as part of the pre-employment physical and in accordance with Human Resources policies, all employees (including residents) are required to submit to and pass a urine drug screen test.

  • Health and hygiene The Hirer shall, if preparing, serving or selling food, observe all relevant food health and hygiene legislation and regulations. In particular dairy products, vegetables and meat on the premises must be refrigerated and stored in compliance with the Food Temperature Regulations. The premises are provided with a refrigerator and thermometer.

Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.
